DEPOSIT POLICY: A deposit is required to reserve any Entertainment Package. If deposit is not received within 4 days of initial booking the temporary booking will be canceled.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations are NON-REFUNDABLE and can be used towards another party or event.  Call Bubbles the Clown's cell phone, 757~652-4862. 

REMITTANCE POLICY: Balance is due prior to set up of the performance, or before end of performance in cash. It is our Company Policy that once a party is completed know REFUNDS will be made... You will be asked to fill out an Evaluation Form on the staff's performance and your satisfaction.

AGREEMENT: Please verify date, time, location to signify your agreement. The client will be responsible for providing electricity for this package. To signify your agreement with the above terms and to schedule the performance as indicated please sign, date, and email this agreement to bubblesbywanda@msn.com; ASAP.
