CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations are NON REFUNDABLE, and can be put towards another date. All cancellations must be made by direct contact with Bubbles the Clown by cell phone, 757~652-4862.
If Bubbles the Clown cancels a booking due to bed weather, illness or acts of God we will forward deposits to another date. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
